7-Day DOA Product Guarantee

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (caused by quality issues), you are eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the package.

Steps to follow:

  1. Contact support@timeear.com within 7 days of delivery for a return authorization.
  2. Once the product is returned to our designated address, we will:
    • Ship you a new item at no additional cost (we will refund your return shipping cost), OR
    • Issue a full refund.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is in brand-new, unused condition, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Refund Amount: The refund will include the item price, minus shipping costs, taxes, and duties (round-trip).
  • Condition Requirements: The product must remain in its original packaging (e.g., plastic seal intact, no physical damage).
  • Exclusions: Customized items such as CIEMs (Custom In-Ear Monitors) and custom cables cannot be returned.

Note:

  • Once the product is opened, we recommend reselling it locally if you no longer want it. If a return is necessary, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
  • Items like ear tips, holsters, and cables are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refund Policy

We may issue refunds for the following reasons:

  1. Returned items that meet our return policy requirements.
  2. Canceled orders (if canceled within 24 hours of placement and before processing).
  3. Other special cases approved by our support team.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will typically arrive within 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will usually be processed within a few hours.

Important Notes:

  • Refund amounts may vary slightly due to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Your bank may deduct additional transaction fees for cancellations or refunds. TimeEar is not responsible for these charges.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact support@timeear.com to initiate an exchange.


Warranty Coverage

All TimeEar products come with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

  1. Warranty Period:

    • IEMs, Dongles, Desktop DAC/AMPs: 1-year warranty.
    • Cables and Adapters: 3-month warranty (excluding accessories like carrying cases or ear tips).
  2. What’s Covered:

    • Defects caused by improper materials or workmanship, as reasonably determined by TimeEar.
    • Repairs or replacements will be provided free of charge (excluding shipping and handling fees).
  3. What’s Not Covered:

    • Damage caused by user negligence, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
    • Damage in return transit due to improper packaging.
    • Products altered or repaired by unauthorized parties.
    • Natural disasters, weather conditions, or acts of nature.
    • Commercial use or failure to follow the product’s user guide.

TimeEar is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.


How to Request a Warranty Replacement or Repair

Email support@timeear.com within the applicable warranty period with your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Photos or videos of the product may be requested for evaluation.


Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom In-Ear Monitors (CIEMs).
  • Custom cables.
  • Used or physically damaged products.
